I’m really disappointed because I’ve come to this flower shop many times before and never had an issue until now. The employee who helped me today was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made unnecessary comments about me not having money and was very disrespectful during the entire interaction. When I tried to pay using split payment, he got frustrated after entering the wrong amount into the card reader. Instead of fixing it calmly, he reacted aggressively, even snatching the flowers out of my hand and telling me not to buy anything if I “don’t have money.” This was honestly shocking and embarrassing. I’ve always supported this shop, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated like that.

The flower assortments are beautiful. I genuinely enjoyed coming here to pick flowers for any occasion. But the florist working there is extremely passive aggressive and rude. He will speak about a customer in the rudest manner, in front of your face, in Spanish. Hoping you wouldn’t understand. This happened numerous times. Very unprofessional. Today will be my last visit here.

Awful and spoiled bouquet. I mistakenly thought I could trust this place because it’s in a downtown Sheepshead Bay area, but i bought an old smelly chrysanthemums bouquet. It should’ve been free or at least much cheaper than what I got charged. Two star because they have a very elaborate collection of bouquets. Expensive but not quite high quality.

I couldn't find the bouquet that I saw there a week ago, so Ruben made it for me. It's so beautiful! I love all the flowers there, and I also got myself tulips.

Ordered on friday, this is what it looked like by saturday (1 day later). At the same price, I couldve ordered a single potted orchid that wouldve lasted months.
